Dining is an awe-inspiring endeavor at Mashpi’s restaurant, where the windows soar to two stories and the jungle is constantly on display. The chefs draw from international and Ecuadorian cuisines, using herbs, spices, and fruits of the surrounding forest to concoct dishes that are innovative, inspired, and most importantly, delectable.
