We’ve collaborated with Finch Bay Galapagos Hotel to design the ideal Galápagos getaway, exclusively for National Geographic travelers. The 4-night Islands and Wildlife itinerary includes a full exploration of the Galápagos, offering a convenient way to explore the archipelago’s many wonders—both terrestrial and aquatic—with expert naturalists from the lodge. This comprehensive package includes round-trip ferry and ground transfers between Finch Bay Galapagos Hotel and Baltra Airport, meals, kayak and snorkel equipment, and an array of excursions by land and by sea. The Finch Bay Your Way package option allows guests to craft a trip specifically around their interests for three or four-night stays. All packages include in the lodge's unique accommodations.

Recently renovated by acclaimed Ecuadorian designer Julio Vinueza, the lodge’s rooms and suites offer a serene experience inspired by sea and sand. The 21 Finch Bay Rooms feature shared balconies facing the central garden area, and each room has its own cozy hammock. The six Finch Bay Suites offer ocean views as well as private balconies with hammocks. Both modern and airy, the rooms and suites are designed in calming earth tones and accented with contemporary art pieces by local artists. Each comes equipped with a telephone, hair dryer, ample closet space, and blackout curtains to foster a restful night’s sleep. All bathrooms include walk-in showers.

Finch Bay Room

The hotel’s 21 Finch Bay Rooms are arrayed in a ring around the property, connected by a wooden walkway that intersects the landscaped gardens. All of the rooms open to shared porches with hammocks and lounge chairs—the perfect place for reading or dozing off after a day of exploration. Each room can be configured with either a king-size bed or two twin-size beds.

Finch Bay Suite

Slightly elevated to maximize the spectacular coastal panorama, each of the six Finch Bay Suites features a direct view of the ocean, which can be enjoyed from a hammock or lounge chairs on your private balcony. Four of the suites are interconnected, making them ideal for families or friends who are traveling together. Each suite can be configured with either a king-size bed or two full-size beds.
