The culinary experience at The Ranch is outstanding, inspired by a kitchen staff that takes the idea of farm-to-table very seriously and goes to great lengths to source products locally. Executive Chef Josh Drage designs a weeklong series of unique eating experiences, so that guests have the opportunity to not only experience different foods from the region, but also sample diverse styles of cooking and presentation. You may enjoy a sophisticated, wine-paired tasting menu one night; a barbecue the next; and typical Montana comfort food served on Sundays, in accordance with the local tradition.
