Food and Drink

The seed-to-table cuisine of the Lodge on Little St. Simons Island is a highlight of any visit to this pristine coastal wilderness. Simple, flavorful meals are prepared using fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown in the organic gardens and inspired by the traditions of the American South. Fresh seafood is an important staple, delivered daily by boat or courtesy of a guest’s fishing catch. Other delectable products—tupelo honey, hand-crafted cheese, and shade-grown coffee, to name a few—are sourced from local farms. Meals are served family style in the main lodge, and picnics can be packed for outdoor adventures.
