Meals of time-tested Sicilian delights, from breakfast in the garden to an afternoon picnic, incorporate the freshest ingredients harvested from the lodge’s organic garden or nearby farms. Pick fragrant basil, thyme, and fresh garlic for use in the chef’s daily creations; and sip local wines and liqueurs in the stone-walled bar, where wine was once produced for the estate’s workers.
