Food and Drink

Known for its deep, rich flavors, Sichuan cuisine incorporates a range of bold ingredients including spicy Sichuan peppers, chili, ginger, and garlic. These ingredients, as well as those sourced from the lodge’s organic garden, form the basis of the cuisine at Twinkle Valley, which prides itself on creating Sichuan food with a twist. Taking inspiration from traditional dishes like sesame chicken and pickled cabbage, award-winning chef Rudy Sun carefully modulates the spiciness of each dish to ensure that the cuisine appeals to all palates. Guests can choose from two main dining venues: the Twinkle Café, which specializes in hand-pulled noodles and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and the Rock Bar Café, which offers western and Asian fusion cuisine and serves lunch and dinner.

Andaman Spa

Twinkle Valley’s Andaman Spa offers a range of traditional Asian therapies with which to pamper yourself, including facials, massages, acupressure, and more. The treatments are designed to restore balance, refresh, and rejuvenate, incorporating a fusion of time-honored techniques.
