We asked chefs from our lodges for recipes that capture the flavors of their destination. We hope you enjoy bringing these tastes of the world into your own kitchen.
Mix together the salt, yeast, olive oil and warm water. Make a well in the flour and add the wet ingredients. Mix together and then knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Once risen, knock back the dough and roll out on a floured surface. Cut into the desired size. Place your favourite toppings on the base and cook in the pizza oven.
